Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales operations within a specific geographic region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, and building strong relationships with clients and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance against KPIs

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
