Position: Light Bus Driver (Coaster)

Role Summary
The Light Bus Driver (Coaster) is responsible for safely operating a Toyota Coaster or similar light passenger bus to transport staff, school children, or passengers. The role ensures safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation while following traffic laws and company transport policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Coaster buses safely to transport passengers as per assigned routes.
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of staff or passengers.
- Follow scheduled routes, trip plans, and transport instructions.
- Assist passengers during boarding and disembarking when required.
- Ensure passenger safety throughout the journey.
- Perform daily vehicle checks (brakes, tires, lights, fuel, etc.).
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bus interior and exterior.
- Report mechanical issues, delays, or incidents to supervisors immediately.
- Maintain trip logs, attendance sheets, and transport records.
- Follow all UAE traffic rules and company safety regulations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Valid UAE light vehicle driving license with Coaster/bus endorsement (as applicable).
- Proven experience driving Toyota Coaster or similar passenger buses.
- Good knowledge of UAE roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
- Ability to use GPS navigation systems.
- Clean driving record preferred.
- Physically fit and able to work early mornings or shift duties.

- Experience in staff transportation, school transport, or tourism shuttle services.
- Strong punctuality and time management skills.
