Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment in our facilities. The ideal candidate will perform routine cleaning tasks, ensure cleanliness standards are met, and contribute to a pleasant environment for employees, customers, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors.
- Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures, windows, and other surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste according to company procedures.
- Replenish cleaning supplies, soap, paper towels, and other consumables.
- Clean glass surfaces, mirrors, and windows as assigned.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Follow health, safety, and infection control guidelines.
- Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned according to established schedules and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is an advantage.
- Ability to use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
