Job Summary
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) works closely with business leaders to align human resources strategies with organizational objectives. The role serves as a strategic advisor, supporting workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, organizational development, performance management, and change initiatives to improve business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business goals.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
- Support workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
- Coach managers on leadership, employee development, and conflict resolution.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
- Identify talent gaps and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to meet hiring needs.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to support business decisions.
- Lead employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Support compensation reviews, promotions, and reward programs.
- Facilitate organizational change and transformation initiatives.
- Partner with Learning & Development to identify and address capability gaps.
- Participate in HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including HR generalist or business partnering roles.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience supporting managers in a fast-paced business environment.
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD, PHR, SPHR) are an advantage.

Reporting Structure
- Reports to: HR Manager, Senior HR Business Partner, Head of HR, HR Director, or Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
- Works closely with: Business Unit Leaders, Department Managers, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Finance, and senior leadership.
