Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Develop and implement people strategies that support business objectives.
- Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Manage performance management, career development, and succession planning.
- Coach and support managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and company procedures.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve retention, productivity, and employee satisfaction.
- Lead organizational change initiatives and culture-building programs.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
- Manage HR systems, policies, and people processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD, PHR) is an advantage.
