Job Summary
The Human Resources Manager – Recruitment is responsible for leading the organization's talent acquisition strategy, managing the recruitment team, and ensuring the timely hiring of qualified candidates to meet business requirements. This role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, develops sourcing strategies, strengthens employer branding, and partners with business leaders to build a high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business growth plans.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Manage recruitment pipelines for critical and high-volume positions.
- Build and maintain talent pools through various sourcing channels.
- Oversee job postings, candidate assessments, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Lead and mentor recruitment team members to achieve hiring targets.
- Develop recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Improve candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and external partners.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and recruitment standards.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide hiring insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7–10+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with proven managerial experience.
- Strong experience in corporate recruitment, executive search, and volume hiring.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and HR systems.
- Experience managing recruitment teams and recruitment budgets.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and hiring practices.

Reporting Structure
- Reports to: HR Director, Head of Human Resources, or Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Preferred Experience
- Experience in UAE/GCC recruitment environments is an advantage.
- Experience hiring across multiple functions such as Sales, Real Estate, Finance, IT, Engineering, Operations, and Administration.
- Strong network of recruitment channels and candidate sourcing platforms.
