Job Summary
The HR Intern supports the Human Resources team in daily operations, including recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, training coordination, and HR administration. This role provides practical exposure to HR processes while assisting with various employee-related activities and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team with recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Support onboarding processes for new employees, including documentation and orientation coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and administrative documents.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Assist with attendance tracking, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Help organize training sessions, workshops, and employee development activities.
- Respond to basic employee queries and direct complex issues to the appropriate HR personnel.
- Support HR audits and ensure proper documentation compliance.
- Assist with payroll-related data collection and verification.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
- Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and recruitment processes.
- Previous internship or administrative experience is an advantage.
