Job Summary:
A Senior Delivery Manager – HR Technology leads the successful delivery of HR technology programs and projects, ensuring HR systems meet business objectives, are delivered on time and within budget, and provide a high-quality user experience. This role partners with HR, IT, vendors, and business leaders to implement, enhance, and support platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, UKG, and other HR applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of HR technology projects, including implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to define requirements and priorities.
- Oversee Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and third-party implementation partners.
- Ensure successful deployment of HRIS, Talent Management, Payroll, Recruitment, Learning, and Performance Management solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR technology processes and user experience.
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular status reports to senior leadership.
- Manage change management, communication, and end-user training activities.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and organizational security standards.
- Support system integrations with ERP, payroll, identity management, and third-party applications.
- Lead issue resolution, escalation management, and post-implementation support.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8–12+ years of experience in HR technology, IT project delivery, or enterprise application management.
- 3–5+ years in a senior delivery or program management role.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale HR transformation projects.
- Relevant certifications are advantageous, such as:
- PMP or PRINCE2
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe
- Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM certifications
