Job Title: HR Coordinator
Job Summary:
The HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, ensuring the efficient execution of HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, benefits administration, training, and employee engagement. The role helps ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws while delivering excellent support to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, both physical and electronic.
- Assist with payroll preparation by collecting attendance, leave, and other relevant employee data.
- Coordinate employee benefits enrollment and respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave balances, and probation confirmations.
- Support performance appraisal and employee development processes.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR reports, employment letters, contracts, and other documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and legal requirements.
- Assist in disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and employee relations activities.
- Coordinate employee exits, including clearance procedures and exit interviews.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in an HR coordination or HR administrative role.
- Knowledge of HR policies, recruitment processes, and employment regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) is preferred.
