Job Description: HR and Administrative Officer
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR and Administrative Officer to oversee human resources and administrative functions, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will support recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, policy implementation, and office administration while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee attendance, leave, and performance management processes.
- Assist with payroll preparation by maintaining attendance and employee data.
- Administer employee benefits and respond to HR-related inquiries.
- Support employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
Administration
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate travel, meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents.
- Maintain company records, files, and confidential documentation.
- Ensure office facilities are safe, organized, and well maintained.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to support business operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and office administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems (HRIS).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
