Job Summary
The Free Zone Domain Expert is responsible for providing expert guidance on company formation, licensing, regulatory requirements, and ongoing compliance within free zones. The role involves advising clients, coordinating with free zone authorities, and ensuring that business setup processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on free zone company formation, licensing, and registration requirements.
- Assess business activities and recommend suitable free zones and license types.
- Handle applications for new licenses, renewals, amendments, cancellations, and related services.
- Coordinate with free zone authorities, government departments, and internal teams.
- Prepare and verify documentation required for incorporation and licensing.
- Explain ownership structures, visa requirements, office/facility options, and compliance obligations.
- Monitor regulatory and policy changes affecting free zone businesses.
- Ensure all transactions comply with applicable laws, regulations, and authority requirements.
- Maintain accurate client records and track applications through completion.
- Resolve client issues and provide timely updates throughout the setup process.
- Support sales and business-development teams with technical free-zone expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience in free zone business setup, corporate services, PRO services, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of free-zone licensing and company formation procedures.
- Experience dealing with free-zone authorities and government portals.
- Good understanding of corporate compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication, client-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent documentation and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant business/government portals.
