About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly professional and empathetic Guest Relations Officer (GRO) for our prestigious client in Riyadh. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, requests, and complaints with utmost professionalism and efficiency.
- Welcome and assist VIP guests, ensuring a seamless arrival, stay, and departure experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, anticipating their needs and personalizing their experience.
- Coordinate with various departments (Front Desk, Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge, Maintenance) to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues promptly.
- Manage guest profiles and preferences in the system to provide tailored service on subsequent visits.
- Handle guest feedback, both positive and negative, taking corrective action and following up to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with reservations, bookings, and special arrangements for events, dining, or transportation.
- Maintain a pristine and welcoming environment at the Guest Relations desk or lobby area.
- Uphold and promote the establishment's brand standards and service culture at all times.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer, Front Office Agent, or similar customer-facing role in a luxury hotel, high-end residential compound, or premium service environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage. [Add other languages if required]
