Graphic Designer
Reports to: Senior Graphic Designer or Art Director
Position Overview:
The Graphic Designer is a talented and motivated creative who supports the design team in producing a wide range of visual assets. This role focuses on execution, bringing concepts to life with technical skill and attention to detail, while contributing fresh ideas to the creative process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Execution: Produce high-quality visual designs for digital platforms (social media graphics, web banners, email templates) and print materials (brochures, flyers, reports).
- Asset Production: Prepare and adapt design files for various formats and specifications, ensuring technical accuracy for web and print.
- Brand Implementation: Apply existing brand guidelines consistently across all assigned tasks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior designers, copywriters, and the digital team to complete projects on schedule.
- Research & Trends: Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and software.
- File Management: Maintain organized digital assets and project files.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 2-4 years of professional design experience.
- A solid portfolio showcasing technical skills and creative potential.
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Good understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to take direction, absorb feedback, and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
