Graphic Designer

Job Title: Graphic Designer
Department: Marketing / Creative Services
Reports To: Marketing Manager / Creative Director
Salary Range: 2,000 - 2,500 SAR (Based on portfolio and experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to produce visually compelling designs that communicate our brand message effectively. The designer will be responsible for creating a wide range of digital and print materials to support marketing campaigns and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Creation: Conceptualize and design marketing materials, including social media graphics, website assets, brochures, flyers, banners, logos, business cards, and presentations.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual communication adheres to and strengthens the company's brand identity, style guide, and messaging.
Digital & Print Design: Prepare final, print-ready files and optimize digital graphics for various platforms (web, social media, email).
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, content writers, and managers to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet strategic goals.
Multimedia Content: Basic video editing (e.g., for social media reels/shorts) and motion graphics skills are a plus.
Revisions & Adaptability: Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions promptly. Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Figma, Canva for teams) efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience. A strong portfolio is required.
Technical Skills:
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Knowledge of pre-press and printing processes for physical materials.
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and web design constraints is advantageous.
Soft Skills: High creativity, excellent communication skills, ability to accept constructive criticism, time management, and a keen eye for detail.
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly salary ranging from 2,000 to 2,500 SAR, dependent on the strength of the portfolio, relevant experience, and skill set.
