Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Leadership Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire senior-level talent across the organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in executive search, stakeholder management, talent mapping, and building strong leadership pipelines. This role requires strong networking skills, market intelligence, and the ability to partner with senior executives to fulfill critical hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership and executive-level positions.
- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to understand strategic hiring requirements.
- Develop sourcing strategies to identify high-quality leadership talent.
- Conduct market research, talent mapping, and competitor analysis.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of senior professionals and industry leaders.
- Manage candidate assessment, interview coordination, negotiation, and offer closure.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with external search firms and recruitment partners when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling executive searches.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in leadership hiring, executive search, or strategic recruitment.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and executive hiring practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using ATS platforms and professional networking tools such as LinkedIn.
- Ability to manage multiple leadership mandates simultaneously.
