Job Summary
The Senior HR Operations Executive is responsible for managing and supporting day-to-day human resources operations, ensuring efficient HR processes, policy compliance, employee records management, payroll coordination, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. The role supports organizational objectives by maintaining effective HR systems and delivering high-quality employee services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operational activities and employee administration.
- Handle employee onboarding, orientation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
- Support recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and hiring documentation.
- Prepare HR reports, employee data analysis, and management dashboards.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, leave, and benefits.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements.
- Support disciplinary procedures and employee relations matters.
- Coordinate training schedules and HR communication activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Human Resources
- Business Administration
- Management
- Psychology
- Related field
Preferred
- MBA or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources is an advantage.
