Job Summary
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. This role supports business needs and ensures the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives through employee management, recruitment, performance management, training, compensation, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Support current and future business needs through employee development and engagement
- Maintain compensation and benefits programs
- Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts
- Ensure legal compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Manage performance appraisal systems and employee evaluations
- Organize training and development programs
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications
