Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department in recruitment, employee onboarding, documentation, attendance management, and day-to-day HR administrative activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling employee information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Support employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documentation.
- Track employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
- Assist with payroll data preparation and employee benefits administration.
- Handle employee queries and provide administrative HR support.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and company events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Support performance management and employee evaluation processes.

- HR certification or training is an added advantage.
Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, administration, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong communication and administrative skills are encouraged to apply.
