Job Summary
The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, attracting qualified candidates, and supporting the organization's talent acquisition objectives. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and department heads.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Hiring & Selection
- Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification as required.
- Prepare job offers and coordinate the onboarding process.
- Ensure all hiring documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Employer Branding
- Promote the company's employer brand through various recruitment platforms.
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and recruitment campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and recruitment agencies.
HR Support
- Assist in employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
- Support HR initiatives and administrative activities as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and recruitment procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR functions (preferred).
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered.
