🚛⚡ AUTO ELECTRICIAN – HEAVY VEHICLES

🔧 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults in heavy vehicles and machinery
• Install and maintain wiring, lighting, batteries, starters, and alternators
• Service sensors and electronic control systems
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify electrical/electronic faults
• Repair or replace faulty components and wiring harnesses
• Perform preventive electrical maintenance
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals
• Follow safety standards and manufacturer specifications
• Maintain accurate service and repair records
✅ REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience as an Auto Electrician
• Heavy vehicle or construction equipment experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of vehicle electrical and electronic systems
• Experience using electrical diagnostic tools and testing equipment
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Technical qualification in Automotive Electrical Systems or related field is an advantage
📌 CANDIDATE ELIGIBILITY
🇲🇹 TCN candidates must have a Pre-Departure Course Certificate.

📋 CONTRACT CONDITIONS – ALL POSITIONS
⏰ Working Hours
40 hours per week. Hours worked over 40 hrs/week (173.33 hrs/month) are paid as overtime at 1.5× the base rate.
🎁 Bonus
4 bonuses of €135 each, paid in March, June, September, and December.
📅 Probation Period
3 months' probation with a 1-year employment contract.
🏖️ Leave / Sick Leave
As per Maltese legislation:
• 24 days annual leave in addition to public holidays
• Paid sick leave up to 13 days
