Account Manager (Frequent Traveling to KSA)
Reports to: Senior Account Manager or Account Director
Position Overview:
The Account Manager is responsible for the tactical execution and day-to-day relationship management for a set of clients, with a significant focus on the KSA market. This role serves as the bridge between the client and the agency's internal teams, ensuring efficient delivery and high-quality service. Frequent travel to KSA (estimated 30-40%) is required to support client relationships and project oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Servicing: Serve as the main daily contact for clients, managing communications, expectations, and feedback. Ensure clients are kept informed of project progress.
- Project Management: Develop project timelines, briefs, and cost estimates. Coordinate between creative, digital, and social media teams to ensure all work is delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.
- Execution & Delivery: Oversee the production and execution of marketing campaigns, from concept to launch, including digital content, events, print collateral, and social media activations.
- Reporting & Analysis: Compile and present regular performance reports to clients, highlighting results, insights, and recommendations.
- Support Business Development: Assist Senior Account Managers in preparing for pitches, presentations, and new business proposals for the KSA market.
- Travel Coordination: Travel regularly to KSA for client meetings, presentations, and project supervision, acting as the agency's on-ground representative.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in an account management or similar client-facing role within an agency.
- Solid understanding of integrated marketing and social media.
- Essential: Willingness and ability to travel frequently to KSA. Prior experience with KSA/GCC clients is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English. Arabic language skills are a strong plus.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
