Position Summary
The HR Manager – E-commerce is responsible for leading and managing all human resources functions within a fast-paced e-commerce environment. The role focuses on talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, and HR operations to support business growth, digital transformation, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with e-commerce business goals.
- Plan workforce requirements based on seasonal demand, sales cycles, and business expansion.
- Support organizational restructuring and scaling initiatives.
- Provide HR insights and analytics to support business decision-making.
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for operational, technical, marketing, logistics, and customer service roles.
- Build strong talent pipelines for high-volume hiring requirements.
- Oversee onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Ensure timely hiring to meet business demands and KPIs.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive, performance-driven workplace culture.
- Address employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Design and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.
Performance Management
- Implement performance appraisal systems aligned with business KPIs.
- Support managers in setting goals and evaluating employee performance.
- Monitor productivity and support performance improvement plans.

HR Operations
- Oversee HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

Experience
- Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, logistics, or fast-paced operational environments is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience handling high-volume recruitment and workforce management.
