Job Description: HR & Admin Assistant
Position Summary
The HR & Admin Assistant provides support to the Human Resources and Administration functions by assisting with employee records management, recruitment activities, onboarding processes, office administration, and internal communications. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
- Coordinate employee training and development activities.
- Assist with attendance, leave, and other HR administration tasks.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
Administration
- Handle day-to-day office administration and coordination.
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory management.
- Arrange meetings, travel bookings, and administrative support as required.
- Assist in organizing company events and activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an HR or Administrative role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
