Position Overview
TRUE TALENT HR GROUP is seeking dynamic and motivated Recruiters (Male & Female) to join our growing recruitment team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will have prior recruitment agency experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to source, screen, and place qualified candidates across various industries.
This role requires strong candidate sourcing abilities, client coordination skills, and the capability to manage recruitment processes from initial sourcing to successful placement.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, databases, referrals, and networking.
✅ Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates according to client requirements.
✅ Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
✅ Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
✅ Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
✅ Prepare candidate profiles and submit them to clients.
✅ Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and offer status.
✅ Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
✅ Achieve recruitment targets and placement goals.
✅ Ensure accurate documentation and record keeping.
✅ Support business development activities by identifying potential recruitment opportunities.
✅ Maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates.
Requirements
✔ Minimum 1 year of recruitment agency experience (Mandatory)
✔ Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
✔ Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing skills
✔ Good knowledge of recruitment portals and social media recruitment
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets
✔ Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
✔ Strong organizational and time management abilities
✔ Computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Internet)
✔ Indian Nationals Preferred
✔ Age between 25 – 35 years
