We are looking to partner with motivated and experienced Freelance Recruiters to support our next phase of growth. This is an excellent opportunity for recruitment professionals who have access to their own candidate databases and are passionate about sourcing quality talent across various industries and locations.
Successful recruiters will be provided with access to our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) portal, allowing them to submit, track, and manage candidate applications efficiently.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
✅ Source and identify suitable candidates for open positions
✅ Screen and assess candidate profiles before submission
✅ Submit candidates through the company's ATS portal
✅ Maintain accurate candidate records and application status updates
✅ Build and manage a strong talent pipeline
✅ Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
✅ Ensure candidates meet client and job requirements
✅ Follow recruitment procedures and compliance guidelines
✅ Maintain professional communication with candidates and the recruitment team
📋 Requirements
✔ Previous recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing experience preferred
✔ Access to an existing candidate database and sourcing channels
✔ Strong candidate sourcing and networking skills
✔ Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets
✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Familiarity with ATS systems is an advantage
✔ Professional and ethical approach to recruitment
✔ Ability to source candidates across multiple industries and job categories
