HR Automation & AI Analyst (Entry Level) – Job Description
An HR Automation & AI Analyst (Entry Level) supports the Human Resources team by using automation tools, AI technologies, and data analysis to improve HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, reporting, and workforce analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in automating routine HR processes such as employee onboarding, leave tracking, and document management.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of HR software and AI-powered tools.
- Collect, clean, and analyze HR data to generate reports and insights.
- Create dashboards and reports for recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, and performance metrics.
- Help identify opportunities to improve HR efficiency through automation.
- Test and monitor automated workflows and AI applications.
- Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Support recruitment analytics, including candidate tracking and hiring metrics.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams on digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security requirements.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Human Resources processes.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms.
- Basic SQL, Python, or data analytics knowledge is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

- Knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM is a plus.
- Experience with automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate or UiPath is beneficial.
